A single drawing through of the part is sufficient for deburring, small bevels are produced in two or more polishing operations. Parts should be pre-milled if larger slants are to be polished.
Polishing disks:
We recommend that replacement polishing tools be kept in store for serial production, as resharpening can take several days. The use of spare tools gives you complete independence and avoids production stoppages. The complete polishing disk with soldered diamond is changed in the case of the DIAPLAIN 62OO.
The DIAPLAIN 63OO, on the other hand, requires a PKD precutter and diamond, thanks to the higher chip production. Both tools are designed as replacement inserts and clamped in the polishing head. They can be changed quickly and easily.
